All the rugs that I make are custom made, working under commissions. I work by a monthly agenda which means that there are limited spots every month. I will be posting IG’s stories in advance with the date and time that I open the agenda. I will be taking commissions until I fulfill every spot that I am able to work with during the month.

I will reply to the messages for commissions from that date and time, in the order that I receive them.
Important: calculate every budget takes time so I do it when I have my commissions open. Validity date of the budget is 15 days. After this time, it needs to be recalculated.
For the commissions, I need the following info:
Illustration or drawing with the best quality possible of the rug you want. If the idea is an abstract design, you can send me different references and we can design something together until we achieve what you like 😊. Also, I will need the color palette that you want!
Remember that I don’t do the same design twice. One of a kind! We can work on a similar idea or theme, but the design must always be different of what I’ve done in the past.

The budget of a rug depends on the design, size and shape.
I DON’T DO ILLUSTRATIONS OR DESIGNS FROM OTHER ARTISTS WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. IF YOU HAVE IT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE SO WE CAN DO IT. REMEMBER THAT WE CAN DESIGN ANYTHING 😊
Before I start tufting, I will send you the final design to re-check everything. Once the I start tufting, there is no coming back and the down payment is non-refundable.
To confirm a commission, you need to pay 50% of the budget in advance as a down payment. By doing this, your spot in the agenda is booked. Remember that when I start tufting, the prepayment is non-refundable.
The other 50% will be paid once the rug is finished, with the cost of shipping.

How long is the production time?
30/40 days. It will also depend on the spot you have on the month’s agenda (if you are the first one, the time will be less). If the rug is a gift or you need it in a specific date, please let me know so we can make it happen before that time 😊.
